Both the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments are total electric with individual room baseboard heat and fully air conditioned. The kitchen includes a 14 cubic foot, self defrosting refrigerator, continuous clean range with hood, no wax resilient floor, dishwasher and disposal.

The bathroom also has a no wax floor. Each unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. All apartments have individual entrances. First floor apartments are slightly smaller and have concrete patios. Second floor units have balconies.
