A. Our rents begin at $755.00 per month. See Application page for more details.
Q. Is the apartment cable ready?

A. Yes – Connections available in living rooms and bedrooms. Tenant is responsible for cable bill (Comcast Cable).
Q. Are utilities included in the rent?

A. No - Electric service, (Delmarva Power Co.) is tenant's responsibility. However, water/sewer and twice-weekly trash removal are included in the rent.
Q. How do I get to Turnquist Apartments?

A. Turnquist is easy to find, just minutes from I-95 and Route 40 in Elkton, MD (Click here for directions)
Q. Are laundry facilities available?

A. Yes – Washer and Dryer are included in each apartment for your convenience.
Q. Do you allow pets?

A. Although we have plenty of beautiful green space, it is reserved for our tenants. Turnquist has a "no pets" policy.
Q. Do you have apartments that are handicap accessible?

A. Yes – Please call for availability. All handicap apartments are ADA-compliant.
Q. Do you have 24 hour maintenance service?

A. We can be at your door in minutes. Turnquist provides 24 hour emergency maintenance..
